New Twhirl for Seesmic release

No recording yet, but better support for viewing videos (recording is... yes, coming soon). You won't find this version on the official Twhirl site or in the auto update, it is just for Seesmic users to give us some feedback, thanks.

• Added the "active conversations" panel to show the same conversations as onseesmic.com (starting video displayed in the list)
• Real-time updates of the public timeline
• Options dialog to adjust some basic settings like transparency, font face and size etc.
• The "conversation" panel is only visible when you are looking at a convo
• Open a conversation from the video player (guess that's new... not?)
